All of us are facing new and different types of challenges in these Corona times and I believe that now it is extra important to support each other where we can. Yoga and meditation have become even more valuable in these times of uncertainty and need for self-care and health. I have therefore decided to put together weekly sequences specifically designed around Corona themes to help support you in these challenging times. These live online classes will be a combination of Yin yoga and Chinese medicine to offer a holistic, extra supportive practice for the mind, body, and our emotional wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome to join, no matter where you are in the world or whatever your level of experience is with yoga (yin is for every body, literally). Please feel free to invite your family and friends to join and practice online Corona Yoga together with you. Just ask them to register once by sending me a message and they can attend any of the Impact Yoga online classes.
Live online session every Wednesday at 20:15 o’clock (Amsterdam time).
If this time is not convenient for you know that you can also request a recording of the class so you can practice in your own time!

You will receive an email with a link from me on Wednesdays (15 minutes before class) that will allow you to join your online Corona Yoga practice.
If you are new to Yin yoga or would like to hear the introduction to todays class, I advise you to sign in early so that we can begin our actual practice at 20:15 o’clock and make the most use of our hour Corona Yoga.
