Impact Yoga weekly online classes – from my home to yours.
Yoga and meditation have become even more valuable in these times of uncertainty and need for self-care and health. These live online classes are inspired by Yin yoga and Chinese medicine to offer a holistic, extra supportive practice for the mind, body, and our emotional health while we face the Corona pandemic. This practice shows you what you CAN do and how to tap into the intelligence of your body to soften whatever is triggering you in these challenging times. A way to support yourself from the inside out.
Everyone is welcome to join, no matter where you are in the world or whatever your level of experience is with yoga (yin is for every body, literally)!
Live online session
- Wednesdays at 20:15 o’clock (Amsterdam time) livestream : CORONA YOGA – a holistic one hour practice with specific (yin) yogaposes and exercises to support your mental, physical & emotional health from the inside out during Corona.
Can’t make this time? No worries! You can also request a recording of the live session so you can practice at a more convenient time for you.

You will receive an email with a link from me 15 minutes before class that will allow you to join the online yoga practice.
If you are new to Yin yoga or would like to hear the introduction to todays class, I advise you to sign in early so that we can make the most use of our hour yoga practice. You are most welcome to invite your family and friends to join you in your online practice. Meet each other from the comfort of your own home and share the experience!
