Juggling our everyday activities and responsibilities, maintaining important relationships, pursuing our interests, our ambitions, our plans, while trying to find the time to take care of ourselves: finding balance is something we are confronted with every single day. Yoga has not only proven to be of great health benefit, but also as a means to keep your center in daily life. Know that you can be the eye of the storm. You have the ability to watch thoughts come and go like clouds in the sky rather than being caught up in their stories. For you are not your thoughts, you are the observer of those thoughts. You are not your emotions, but you are the awareness of those emotions.
